Urla di rabbia
come onde sull'acqua.
Crack Crack Crack
Crepa la superficie
dura, il silenzio é rotto.
Non fa più male la cicatrice.
L'armatura crepa,
si inarca la schiena,
si gonfiano i muscoli,
stridono i denti.
Un tonfo, il torso
é a terra.
L'aria é bollente,
l'uomo é furente.
Strappa dalle braccia le
catene.
Con una mano dal volto
scortica l'elmo.
Un colpo, un altro ancora,
si rimuovono i gambali,
a terra rimangono gli stivali.
Picchia i pugni,
rompe i guanti,
stacca le parti restanti.
Un passo.
Un secondo.
Cade a terra,
nudo.
Grida e ride,
piange e stride.
come onde sull'acqua.

Literature
The Dream.
There is the rope,
That ended my life.
There hanging by the rope,
is my body.
I look over,
There they sit,
Scared, crying, shocked.
I see my brother,
Walk over to him,
And hug him.
He's crying.
I tell him it's okay,
I'm still here.
He doesn't hear me,
Or feel my hug.
Am I dead?
Is this a dream?
I watch as he stands up,
Still crying and scared.
He calls her,
And tells her the news.
Why did I do this?
I've hurt them too much.
I thought they deserved this,
But he doesn't at all.
I wake up in tears,
It was only a dream.
I said goodbye,
She said okay,
But maybe for them,
I'll stay.
Literature
depression
for me its like
when im normal and okay all of me is on fire
i am a galaxy and a star
and all of me burns with everything that's ever existed
if im happy i can feel every single thing
that's ever existed in the universe at the same time
and it is warm and
y'know like the very first sip of alcohol
that burns but you can feel its warmth going down your core?
it's kinda like that but all over at the same time and just
good good good
and for all my emotions its the same the same heat but different
and different colours and different places and everything
but like this it's empty
there's nothing
and it's just a
tiny tiny tiny
spar

They forgot to let me out.
Impressions on the glass,
And blurred faces through the mist,
Leave lonely figures standing,
But markings on a list.
Their walls are full of memories,
A booklet to the past,
This room is darkened, hollowed,
By the shadows secrets cast.
These delusions of insanity
And frightful visions cause
The scars upon my arms,
And the pills inside my drawers.
Grab the glass and sever,
Your human thoughts and fears
To feel the pain and searing
Is to know your mind's still here.
And leave those bottles broken,
Upon the window sill with light
Sorrow cracks the smile,
But shadows charm the night.
Inhale the smoke, surre
